On August 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company approved the result of bonus shares issuance for stock dividend as follows:

1. Approving the result of bonus shares issuance for stock dividend:

-       Number of distributed shares: 2,901,499 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND29,014,990,000

2. Approving to amend its charter capital to VND190,214,990,000 (equivalent to 19,021,499 shares.)

3. Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 2,901,499 new shares for the stock issuance to pay dividend and time of implementation in September 2018.
