-       Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,200,000 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 2,200,000 shares

-       Number of distributed employees: 24 employees

-       Issue price: 10,000 dongs/share

-       Total proceeds from the issuance: VND22,000,000,000

-       Number of current shares on August 15, 2018:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 60,999,933 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 0 share

3. Approving to amend its charter capital to VND609,999,330,000 (equivalent to 60,999,933 shares)

4. Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 2,200,000 new shares for the ESOP issuance and time of implementation in September 2018.
