1. Approving to buy 4,557,178 shares of Bien Ho Tea Company Limited to transfer into Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company.

-     Purchase price: 12,100 dongs/share

-     Time of implementation: August 2018

-    After the transfer completed, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company will hold 4,557,178 shares of Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company, accounting for 51.0% charter capital. Therefore, Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company will be a subsidiary of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company.

-       To appoint Mr. Trinh Dinh Truong as the representative of stake of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company in Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company.

2. Approving to buy 7,484,913 shares of Gia Lai Coffee Company Limited to transfer into Gia Lai Coffee Joint Stock Company.

-       Purchase price: 11,100 dongs/share

-       Time of implementation: August 2018

-    After the transfer completed, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company will hold 7,484,913 shares of Gia Lai Coffee Joint Stock Company, accounting for 51.0% charter capital. Therefore, Gia Lai Coffee Joint Stock Company will be a subsidiary of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company.

-   To appoint Mr. Trinh Dinh Truong as the representative of stake of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company in Gia Lai Coffee Joint Stock Company.
