Chuong Duong Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the tax penalty in 2017 & 2018 as follows:

1. In 2017:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND36,073,499

-       Penalty for breach of invoice: VND6,000,000

-       Value added tax arrears: VND35,257,676

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND167,927,821

-       Late payment: VND75,704,626.

2. In 2018:

-       Late payment: VND4,200,000.
