On December 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company (AAA) approved to receive the transfer of 3.8% charter capital of An Phat High Technology Industrial Zone Com. Ltd from An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company and An Phat Holdings Group Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND35,000,000,000

     After the transfer completes, An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company will own 100% charter capital, equivalent to VND910,000,000,000 in An Phat High Technology Industrial Zone Com. Ltd.
