-   Record date: December 21, 2018     

-   Purpose: the bonus share issuance

-   Exercise ratio: 15.94%

The one who owns 10,000 shares at the record date will receive 1,594 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 27,496,497 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 1,500 shares at the record date, he will receive: 1,500x15.94/100 = 239.1 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 239 new shares.
