On December 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) approved the capital contribution to set up subsidiary as follows;
- Company name: Hung Dien TTC Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company
- Charter capital: VND1,359,000,000,000 (TTC Land contributed VND842,580,000,000, equivalent to 84,258,000 shares, accounting for 62% charter capital of Hung Dien TTC Land).
- Address: 253 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
- To appoint Mr. Bui Tien Thang as the representative of stake of TTC Land in Hung Dien TTC Land.)
