Purpose                               for the payment for the second phase of 2018 dividend in cash    

Dividend pay-out ratio:           20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date:                          January 21, 2019 

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 as from January 21, 2019.
