HU3: HU3 fined for administrative violation

     On December 10, 2018, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam issued Decision No.318/QD-XPVPHC regarding the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of securities and securities market to HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HU3). Accordingly, HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company violated the regulation on the documents of the holding of 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and 2016 Annual Report. Therefore, the Company was fined VND60 million.
