Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces Board Resolution No.22/2018 dated December 14, 2018 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividend and raise charter capital from the owner’s equity in 2018:

-       Total number of distributed shares: 184,747,131 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND1,847,471,310,000

Article 2: To amend the Company’s Charter regarding new charter capital of VND8,565,892,060,000.

Article 3: To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 184,747,131 new shares.
