On December 13, 2018, Hoa An Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 58,733 shares

- Number of registered shares to buy: 500,000 shares

- Purpose: to decrease the number of outstanding shares and increase the trading value.

- Expected trading period: from Decmeber 21, 2018 to January 19, 2019

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
