HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment of SAM Holdings Corporation:

-   Stock symbol: SAM                                         

-   Ex-right date: December 19, 2018    

-   Record date: December 20, 2018     

-   Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-   Exercise ratio:                      100:03

The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 right and 100 rights  will receive 03 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 7,253,572 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 1,235 shares at the record date, he will receive: 1,235x3/100 = 37.05 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 37 new shares.
