Based on a decision of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (VOSCO) approving the divestment at Vosco Maritime Services Joint Stock Company (Vomaser) with the following contents:

- Vomaser’s charter capital: VND7,700,000,000

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- Stock volume: 770,000 shares (Of which Vosco owns and sells 280,000 shares, equivalent to 36.36% charter capital of Vosamer).

- Valuation value for per share: VND13,989/share

- Beginning price: VND14,000/share
