On November 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to pay first dividend for 2018 as follows:

1. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 7%/charter capital

-       Payment time: February 2019.

2. Approving to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in March 2019.
