1. To transfer its all shares in Thinh Vuong Agro-Forestry Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, including:

-       Stock volume: 15,400,000 shares

-       Selling price: VND10,000/share

-       Total value: VND154,000,000,000

-       Time of implementation: Q4.2018.

2. To transfer its all shares in Gia Huy Investment Service Trading Com. Ltd.:

-       Stock volume: 13,000,000 shares

-       Selling price: VND10,000/share

-       Total value: VND130,000,000,000

-       Time of implementation: Q4.2018.
