Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company announces Resolution No.02 dated November 15, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the business performance in 2017 – 2018:

-       Net revenue: 10,285 billion dongs

-       Profit before tax: 682 billion dongs.

2. Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors in 2017-2018: VND6 billion.
3. Approving the expenses of the BOD activities in 2017-2018: VND4 billion.
4. Approving the business plan in 2018 – 2019:

-       Total revenue: 11,545,100 million dongs;

-       Profit before tax: 680 billion dongs

5. Approving the profit distribution plan in 2018 – 2019:

-       Investment and Development fund: 10% profit after tax;

-       Social fund: 2% profit after tax;

-       Reward and Welfare fund: 10% profit after tax;

6. Approving the expenses of the BOD activities in 2018 – 2019: VND4,000,000,000
7. Approving the dividend payment in 2018 – 2019: expected from 6% to 10%.
