1. According to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 26, 2016, total proceeds from the offering: VND405,195,685,000; Of which:

• Existing shareholders: VND390,725,685,000
• ESOP: VND14,470,000,000

2. At the present, total proceeds have been used until November 12, 2018: VND405,195,685,000; including:

• To invest in High -Tech Pharmaceutical Production Plant in VSIP II Binh Duong Industrial zone: VND355,195,685,000
• To supplement working capital: VND50,000,000,000
