On November 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.94/NQ/HĐQT/2018 approving to terminate its two branches with the following details:

1. Hoa Sen Group – Di An, Binh Duong Branch at lot C3, Street No.1, Song Than 2 Industrial zone, Di An Ward, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province.
2. Hoa Sen Group – Chau Thanh, Tien Giang Branch at highway 1A, Long My Hamlet, Phuoc Thanh Commune, My Tho City, Tien Giang Province, Viet Nam.

-       Reason for termination: to restruture the distribution system to increase operational efficiency.
