On October 26, 2018, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company received a decision No.04/2018/QĐ-CA dated October 25, 2018 by the Ba Dình District People’s Court on solving the complaint of Decision on change of provisional emergency measures:

-       Do not accept the complaint letter dated October 22, 2018 of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company by Ms. Dao Mai Thanh who is the authorized representative signed the application.

-       The Ba Dình District People’s Court continues to remain a Decision on change of provisional emergency measures No.146/2018/QĐ-BPKCTT dated October 18, 2018.
