-   Stock type: common share

-   Par value: VND10,000/share

-   Purpose of shares buyback: to increase base earnings per share (EPS) and increase market value of the company.

-   Number of shares expected to be bought: 762,360 shares (equivalent to 2.35% number of shares issued)

-   Expected purchase period: no more than 30 days from the beginning date of the trading and the approval by the State Securities Commission (SSC).

-   Trading method: order matching

-   Capital resources for implementation: capital surplus, undistributed profit after tax and other funds of the audited separate financial statements at 31 Dec 2017.
