On October 22, 2018, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) and Viet Nam – Russia Bank (VRB) -  Ba Ria – Vung Tau Branch signed a contract for cooperation and credit financing of the Phu My Ecotown project. Accordingly, VRB will finance VND250,000,000,000 to HODECO for construction investment in the housing area of the Phu My Ecotown project. At the same time, VRB will also support loan to clients with a maximum limit to 70% the sales contract value for the Phu My Ecotown project.
