The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase 2018 dividend in cash:

-       Record date:  October 25, 2018

-       Payment date: November 05, 2018

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 16%/ par value (VND1,600/ share)

-       Exercise ratio:           1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-       Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sesan 4A HydroElectric Joint Stock Company as from November 05, 2018.

 Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
