On January 08, 2018, Innovative Technology Development Corporation announces information on purchasing the treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 15,768 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 31,020 shares

- Purpose: to buy back shares from the employees left.

- Expected trading period: from January 17, 2018 to February 12, 2018.

- Trading method: put through.
