       On January 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company decided to establish a subsidiary at Myanmar, specifically as follows:

-          Company name: Halcyon – Hoa Binh Construction Company Limited (H&H)

-          Legal capital: $50,000, equivalent to 50,000 shares ($1,00/share)

-          Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company contributed 80% shares, equivalent to 40,000 shares in Halcyon – Hoa Binh Construction Company Limited.

-          List of representatives of Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company at Halcyon – Hoa Binh Construction Company Limited:
