On January 09, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.30/TB-SGDHCM about the adjustment of time for subscription and settlement to purchase stock of AMD Group Investment Joint Stock Company, specifically as follows:

- Ex-right date: December 07, 2017

- Record date: December 08, 2017

- Time for subscription and settlement: from December 15, 2017 to January 16, 2018 (instead of from December 15, 2017 to January 09, 2018).
