3)    Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 256,000,000 shares

4)    Number of treasury shares before the issuance: 0 shares

7)    Par value: VND10,000 / share

8)    Number of shares expected to be issued: 17,920,000 shares

9)    Purpose: to increase the charter capital from the owner’s capital.
