On August 24, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.376/QD-SGDHCM to release the shares of Royal International Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: RIC) from the supervision status, and change them to the warning status as of August 26, 2015.

Reason: The profit after tax is VND7,551,767,881and the undistributed profit on June 30, 2015 is –VND116,380,901,013, according to the Company’s 2015  reviewed financial statements. This is the case of securities that are allowed to change from the supervision status to the warning status.
