               + For undeposited shares: IDICO Srok Phu Mieng Hydropower Joint Stock Company on working days from 22/9/2015. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above. To receive dividend via bank account, shareholders have to send the Payment Request to the company via post or via fax (number 0651. 3731092). The holders of bank account must be the shareholders.
