Kinh Do Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 27, 2015:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay for special dividend in cash:

- Record date: August 13, 2015

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 200% (VND20,000/share)

- Payment date: August 13, 2015

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from July 27, 2015.
