Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of OCH stock as follows:

-          Issuer:  Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC

-          Stock code: OCH

-          Effective date: 28/07/2015

-        OCH stock is allowed to be traded again and put under alert because the Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been put under trading suspension in accordance with the provisions of Term 3, Article 14 of Listing regulations.

-        OCH stock has been put under alert because profit after tax of holding company in 2014 and Undistributed profit on 31/12/2014 on Audited FS (consolidated) 2014 are negative in accordance with the provisions of Point 1.4, 1.5, Term 1 Article 12 of Listing regulations.

Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when stock under alert will be removed after Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC overcomes this situation.
