Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company as follows:

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh (affiliated person: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong – Chairman of the BOD cum CEO of Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company, bought 105,010 QBS shares on July 06, 2015 but did not execute the buying in the time as registered.
