1. Approve the Financial Statement of the First 06 months of 2015 of
Hocmon Trade Joint Stock Company (not audited)
2. Approve the stage 1 of the dividend payment of 2015 as follows:
- Dividend rate: 5%/share (shareholders will receive
VND 500 for every 01 share they own)
- Total dividend payment: VND
2,625,000,000
- Record date: August 3rd 2015
- Payment date: August 19th 2015
- Authorize Chair of BOD to
implement the procedures related to the dividend payment
3. Approve Ms. Nguyen Thuy Bao Ngan to be temporary Chief Accountant of
Hocmon Food and Agricultural Products Wholesale Market Trade and Management
Co., Ltd. from 01/08/2015 to 31/01/2016 to replace Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Kieu.
