VSC: The BoD approves the sale of treasury shares

On July 13, 2015, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved the sale of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 166,600 shares

- Number of treasury shares registered for sale: 166,600 shares

- Purpose: to raise the working capital

- Trading period: within 30 days from the date of receipt of approval by the State Securities Commission.

- Trading method: order-matching, put-through

- Selling price: no lower than VND49,000/share.

- Agent company: ACB Securities Company Ltd. – Hai Phong Branch.
