Vietnam Sun Corporation announced Board resolution No.08 dated July 14, 2015 as follows:

1. Increase the charter capital from VND565,495,160,000 to VND678,591,920,000.

Par value: VND10,000/share

Volume: 67,859,192 shares

 Form: Issue 11,309,676 common shares.

2. Amend the Company’s Charter regarding the charter capital:

New charter capital: VND678,591,920,000

3. Execute procedures for the additional listing on HOSE.
