Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 1/2015 compared to Quarter 1/2014 as follows:
1) Revenue rose about 161%: In Quarter 1/2015, after restructuring the Company’s finance, TTF was active in the working capital to finance business operations. Therefore, the revenue increased sharply.
2) Gross profit increased 79%: In Quarter 1/2015, TTF improved the working capital, so it received more good orders.
3) Profit after tax rose 1.364%: Choosing the customers with good profit margin helped TTF to recover expenses as well as create more profit. In which, restructuring debts also helped the borrowing expense in Quarter 1/2015 to decrease sharply compared to the same period of last year.
